The Journey of Prayer: Ignatian Quiet Day

Our lives are restless until we find our home in God. This day will focus on our spiritual journey - what this may be, its ways and pitfalls.
There will be time to explore tools which may assist our finding God, or more accurately, being found by God and coming home to our true self.
Part of the day will be given over to personal reflection and the opportunity to share.
The approach of the day will draw largely from the Ignatian tradition.
Alessio Salvadori was born in Italy, moved to South Africa at an early age, finally settling in Britain. For the past ten years Alessio has been exploring his lifelong search of faith journey and the life of prayer.
Alessio is a Spiritual Director in 1:1 listening, also involved in offering retreats and the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius - the latter in daily life.
