A Mid-Week Ignatian Retreat
Monday 19th - Friday 23rd August 2013
£280 residential
The week will begin at 5pm on Monday (registration and refreshment from 4.15pm) and close at approx 2pm on Friday.
... a time to be quiet, to be with yourself and also seek to be with God, helped through meeting each day with a spiritual guide, with whom you can share your experience of being in silence and be given suggestions of ways in which you might seek to pray, listen to and discern your experiences, and pray imaginatively and meditatively with Scripture.
There will be time to relax, walk and be creative, in between times of personal prayer, silent meals and a daily Eucharist.
This kind of retreat can literally be ‘a treat’ because it offers time away from the normal busyness of life in a safe, caring, quiet space in which you can rest, relax and be renewed.
You will be giving God time and space to be present in His love, mercy and grace, and also be giving yourself time to listen and discern how God is with you.
